Cornerstone Medical Training Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in clinical and administrative medical assisting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with industry standards.
- Provide instruction in clinical and administrative medical assisting, including patient care, medical procedures, and office management.
- Prepare students for national certification exams such as CCMA, RMA, or CMA.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical skills assessments, and exams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical assisting trends and best practices.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students to support their career development.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CCMA, RMA, or CMA required).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
