Cornerstone Montgomery – Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator
- Welcome visitors and direct them to their destination in a trauma informed manner
- Answer the main phone lines and provide administrative support to various members of the agency
- Assist CEO and other executives with scheduling, data entry, report generation, meeting documentation and other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- One or two years experience working in an administrative capacity
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Typing speed sufficient to capture detailed meeting minutes in real time. Familiarity with a multi-line phone system. Must have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with agency contacts and internal departments. Strong organizational skills are essential. Being bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
