Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our dealership's daily operations. This role ensures compliance in deal processing, maintains customer satisfaction initiatives, and assists with CRM management.
More about the role
- Review deals for compliance and ensure all required documents are properly packaged before submission to accounting.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) follow-up calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Notify customers when their vehicle tags are ready and coordinate mailing if necessary.
- Assist with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks, including lead assignment reports and data management.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth dealership operations.
