Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette to address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans, ensuring optimal use of time for both patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain organized patient files and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Support payroll processing and budgeting activities as needed to ensure smooth financial operations within the office.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records are kept.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline patient care processes and improve overall service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.52 - $30.00 per hour
