PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Oversite of In-Home-Detention Program and supervises all Youth Advocates to ensure contract compliance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, Juvenile Justice, Criminal Justice or related field with 2-5 years of supervision experience required; a master’s degree preferred. Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid PA driver’s license

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
1. Monitors the In-Home Detention Program to ensure the receipt of required information from juvenile court and probation services. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the admission process.
2. Supervises Youth Advocates to ensure assigned tasks comply with policy, procedure, program expectation and state regulations.
3. Provides oversight for the development, application and interpretation of the Program rules, regulations, and standards.
4. Ensures that the program is compliant with all state and federal agencies and Cornerstone policies and procedures.
5. Develop and apply approved evaluative tools and information for use in future programming decisions.
6. Conducts weekly supervision meetings with all Youth Advocates to cover case reviews and supervisory direction. Supervision meetings will be at least one-hour in duration.
7. Serve as a liaison between the IHDP staff and the Philadelphia Juvenile Court

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
