Property Maintenance Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the quality, safety, and functionality of our properties. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our managed properties. This role involves diagnosing issues, completing repairs in a timely manner, and ensuring properties are well-maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.
The individual qualified for this position will be able to provide work in the following areas:

Property Maintenance Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the quality, safety, and functionality of our properties. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our managed properties. This role involves diagnosing issues, completing repairs in a timely manner, and ensuring properties are well-maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.
- Company vehicle and tools provided
The individual qualified for this position will be able to provide work in the following areas:
- Painting skill
- Drywall repairs
- Plumbing - Toilet repair and replacement, sink repair and garbage disposal install.
- Electrical - Removal and install of new fixtures, outlets, and switches.
- Complete maintenance repairs as directed by the maintenance coordinator
- HVAC or Millwork experience is a plus!
- Personal skills to work with a maintenance team and tenants
- Be able to work on a schedule and problem solve
- A keen eye for quality work and clean space
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle as needed
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Regular exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor tasks
- Physical activities including bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
