This full-time Property Maintenance Tech position follows a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule , with shifts rotating to include midshifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Flexibility is critical to maintaining seamless hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Property Maintenance Tech, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's facilities to meet TownePlace Suites' high standards. Each day, you'll collaborate with the Chief Engineer to prioritize tasks and perform a variety of maintenance and repair work. This includes addressing issues in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, ensuring everything is functional and up to standard.
When guest-reported issues arise, you will respond promptly, utilizing your knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs to resolve problems efficiently. Additionally, you will oversee the upkeep of the hotel's pool, ensuring it complies with health and safety guidelines. Your proactive approach to preventative maintenance and your commitment to quality will help create a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.
Here's what you need to become our Property Maintenance Tech :
- 1 year(s) of maintenance or repair experience, ideally in a hotel or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance
- Familiarity with pool maintenance or a willingness to learn
