We are working with an established and leading provider of high-quality fencing for residential and commercial clients in the Carson City, NV area. They are expanding their commercial and industrial business and seeking an experienced commercial fence Estimator / Project Manager to join their team.
Job Summary :
The Commercial Fence Estimator and Project Manager plays the roles of, finding leads, building client relationships, accurately estimating costs for commercial fence projects and managing those projects through completion. This individual will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities :
Estimating :
- Find job leads through multiple sources such as Sierra Contractors Source, Building Connected, and PlanHub as well utilizing outside sales techniques to mine for leads.
- Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients.

This role is offering a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 and includes performance-based bonuses health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), company vehicle, and gas card.
