We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead our Residential & Commercial Division.
This role is ideal for results-driven professionals with expertise in bidding, estimating, procurement, and full-cycle project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial client engagement through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Bidding & Estimating: Lead the bid process by evaluating project scope, preparing competitive proposals, and analyzing subcontractor/vendor quotes.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective materials and labor.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and addressing project changes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to drive seamless execution.
- Software & Documentation: Utilize BuilderTrend and ProKitchen to track progress, manage contracts, and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Risk & Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in construction project management, spanning residential and commercial projects.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of bidding, estimating, sourcing, procurement, and contract management.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with BuilderTrend and ProKitchen (or willingness to learn).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, LEED, or other relevant credentials.
- Project Scope: Experience managing projects ranging from $50K to $5M.
Compensation & Benefits:
