We are actively searching for a Project Administrator who would be responsible for supporting the Project Management team. The ideal candidate must be innovative, must have worked in a construction environment and possess strong Microsoft Office skills.
This position is full-time, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Project Kick off meetings
- Meeting minutes, compiling project documentation/folders
- Monitoring and controlling of administrative project deliverables
- Compiling and filing OCIP/CCIP/CP records and documents
- Requesting and tracking orders made to manufacturers and ETA's (requesting production schedules)
- Up keep of physical and digital project documents folders/archiving of relative project documentation
- Provide project feedback reports
- Updated reports on schedules and arrivals of material/equipment
- Completing and filing Close-Out documentation
- Warranty letters
- O&M instructions
- Scheduling demo
- Coordinate billing milestones with Accounts Receivable
- Stored Materials
- Progress billing
- Retention billing
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a construction office setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Excellent time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Solid interpersonal skills
