HYBRID opportunity for a leading international medical device manufacturer. My client is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst, who will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics to support sales process improvements.
Day to day this Sales Operations Analyst will facilitate Salesforce utilization to maximize capabilities and improve workflow. You will work directly with senior leadership to communicate key insights and improvement initiatives. Additionally you will develop formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity, and conduct metric reviews with North American and global business leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business Administration, MBA, 3 years of experience using Salesforce as a reporting and analytical tool, advanced level Excel, SQL and advanced knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, or Power BI. This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, the ability to handle rigorous analytical initiatives.
