We are currently searching for an experienced traveling construction Superintendent for a Client located in Florida.
We desire candidates with commercial hospitality build experience. Preferably
restaurant build experience. Knowledge of Procore software and the abilty to use it is also preferred. This is a traveling position. Our client performs works in 30 states. This position is a direct hire position with full benefits offered.
You will be asked to work with a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and a Project Executive on each assigned project. Clear and concise communication is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Permitting
- Act as the face ot the company on all sites.
- Plan review
- Complete the floor layout with all subs involved in the project
- Schedule- Maintain the project schedule
- Constant supervision of all work being performed
- Maintain a 2 week look ahead plan
- Conduct weekly site meetings
- Quality control on all projects
- Equipment- maintain records of all our Clients equipment
- Conduct Safety meetings
- Final inspections
- Closeout each project
