The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will have primary responsibility for supporting a broad scope of HR services and functions to include full-cycle recruitment for Corporate and Administrative roles, immigration and relocation support, HRMS support, coordinating training and development programs, and overseeing employee recognition programs. This role will also involve supporting the senior HR team and providing backup for the HR Assistant.

Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $56,800.00 and $71,300.00. This range represents the base salary range across all eligible locations listed. A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one’s geographic location, and how closely a candidate’s skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. At Cornerstone Research, we believe compensation is more than just a base salary. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including a variety of healthcare plans, paid time off, transit subsidy, wellness benefits and retirement plan contributions.
