Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in.

*HVAC Certification preferred

Pay $28.00-$32.00 per hour DOE/ Non Exempt (Hourly) Monthly Commissions
*Exempt Housing (Fully Compensated)
Schedule:
- 40 hours a week
- Monday-Friday
- 9:00am-5:00pm
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 year Preferred
