Member Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries related to financial services, sales, and account management while ensuring a positive experience for all members. Your ability to communicate effectively and your attention to detail will be key in helping our members navigate their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist members with account openings, transactions, and general banking services.
• Promote financial products and services to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize financial software to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
• Perform basic math calculations to support member transactions and inquiries.
• Document member interactions accurately in the system for future reference.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial services or banking operations is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to promote products effectively.
• Proficient in basic math skills; knowledge of retail math is advantageous.
• Experience with financial software systems is desirable.
• Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for transaction processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
