Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise the execution of roof replacement projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of each roof replacement project to identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary, such as picking up additional materials from suppliers to deliver to the job site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to clients, including project status reports and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing as expected and in alignment with project goals.
- Handle client communications and address any concerns or issues during the project process.
- Manage and track all project-related documentation, including receipts, permits, change orders, invoices, estimates, and material orders.
- Lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
- Perform a final client walk-through upon project completion to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of roof replacement processes, materials, and methods.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and think critically.
- Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Xactimate, JobNimbus, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret estimates and material orders.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to construction and roofing projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
