The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of People & Organization, The Human Resource Business Partner's primary responsibility is to provide People function point-of-contact support to the business, playing an important role in the execution of People priorities within the defined People strategy, and integrating People activities for the business.
You will advocate for the team member experience at all stages of the team member life-cycle. You will also partner and collaborate with other People & Organization Business Partners and Managers in the development and delivery of People solutions. You will support a Fulfillment Center located in West Chester, Ohio area, which consists of 300 - 500 regular and seasonal team members.

Your Impact
- You will be the business contact for the People (HR) function.
- You will respond to and resolve Team Member relations issues, including investigations and advising on corrective actions.
- You will conduct talent reviews, manage performance and participate in leader development planning.
- You will provide local insights and perspectives to People & Organization leadership.
- Advocate for the team member lifecycle through support of and execution of pre-boarding, retention, off-boarding activities, local Health and Wellbeing activities.
- Deliver coaching to Manager and Supervisors, and support in the prioritization and delivery of an engaging team member experience.
- Experience with different People disciplines with the ability to leverage People data.
- Other responsibilities and activities as assigned.
What You Bring
- 4 to 5 years of total business experience in areas of Human Resources is required
- 3 years of HR experience within a Distribution/Fulfillment Center is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Previous generalist experience as an HR Advisor / Partner operating at a level of guiding / influencing leaders
- SHRM certification preferred
