Position Description: ISR Integration Action Officer
In support of Headquarters Space Force, Cornerstone is actively seeking a highly skilled Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Integration Action Officer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2I) Division Chief across a range of efforts involving ISR capabilities, collection management doctrine and policy, and international partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of current ISR collection methods. They will also possess a strong understanding of Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT), applying this expertise to advise and support ISR-related priorities within the division.
Candidates will also be expected to bring demonstrated experience with ISR system architecture, including the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) process. Familiarity with modern ISR data processing tools and an up-to-date understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies as applied to ISR collection will be critical.
A core aspect of this role will involve delivering expert insights on ISR and sensor support within the F2T2EA targeting cycle (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess) and supporting Joint Fires Operations. The successful candidate will actively contribute to joint working groups, providing technical expertise to drive the development of innovative ISR collection methods and strengthen support for Joint Warfighting objectives. Additionally, candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of the Task Management Tool (TMT). They will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the office’s TMT workflows, ensuring effective task tracking, prioritization, and resolution across the division.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Support the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2I) Division Chief with tasks related to ISR capabilities, future planning, functional management, and partner engagement, with a focus on current and future ISR collection methods.
- Participate in INT Functional Management meetings addressing OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, ISR collection capabilities, and ISR data integration in coordination with Intelligence Community (IC) and international partners.
- Provide leadership in task and mission management within the division, including the use of business analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Organize and prioritize division tasks to ensure efficient execution of mission objectives. Demonstrate proven expertise using the Task Management Tool (TMT), managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Extensive experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the ISR community (15 years preferred)
- Strong skills in developing briefings and writing concise reports for senior leadership
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation abilities
