- Develop accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and bid documents to assess scope and requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project efficiency and quality.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Track project progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, bids, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
- 3 years of experience in electrical project management and estimating.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
