Job Title: Auto Collections Agent
At CornerStone Staffing, we are seeking 3 exceptional individuals to fill the role of Auto Collections Agents in Whiteville, NC.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with great customer service experience and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while adhering to standardized collections procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and communicate regularly with the collections supervisor.
- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts, including call quotas, contact percentage, and promises kept.
Key Requirements:
- Call Center experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Sunday, 8:00am to 9:00pm, with flexible hours available for overtime. Additionally, you may be scheduled to work on Sundays as part of our dialer program.
