Job Title: Auto Collections Rep
Location: Addison, TX
Pay: $21.15/hr Great Guaranteed Commission for the 3 months after hired on!
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm 1 Saturday Shift per Month
Job Description:
- Will be responsible for contacting customers by phone to collect on early and mid stage delinquent loans 30 days, but less than 60 days delinquent on service owned debt.
- Providing customer service to all customers on all outstanding loans, including accounts that are not delinquent.
- Will do light skip tracing work on accounts with no contact information.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 recent years experience in Auto Collections
- Must have strong communication skills, and stable job history
- Must have stable work history
- Strong typing skills
- High school diploma
