Job Title: Collections Specialist
Pay: $19.00/hourly
Location: Tempe, AZ | **WFH** WFH after 2 months of training
Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)
Job Description: Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.
Duties:
- Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
- Best in class customer interactions with results!
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
- Negotiate account resolutions
- Maintain company performance and productivity standards
- Perform skip tracing as needed
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of Collections experience - REQUIRED - Must be demonstrated on Resume
- Genuine passion for exceed goals
- Eager to make extra $$ in OT
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
