Position: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Direct Hire
Starts February 3rd 2025!!! - Interviews the week of January 6th!
Location: Tempe, AZ 100% on site role
Pay: $19/hr for fully Spanish\English Bilingual candidates
Schedule: Flexible to work any shift between 9 AM and 9 PM, any day of the week.
Most shifts will start at 10am or later, and you will work at least one weekend day per week
What You’ll Do:
Take inbound calls to assist customers with ticket sales and tech support.
Help customers with everything from linking tickets to accounts to answering questions about parking, event schedules, and seating options.
Be the friendly voice that ensures our customers have the best experience possible!

What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of high call volume customer service experience.
Prefer 2 years in tech support.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
A stable work history with excellent attendance.
A friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
