CornerStone Staffing is seeking 20 dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our fast-paced Central Fill pharmacy team in Memphis, TN! The ideal candidate will have a CPhT in TN and previous experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting, demonstrating efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a physically active role in fast paced environment.

Location: Memphis, TN (38141) - 100% on-site
Pay: $18/hr $1.50 shift differential
Schedule: 2 Schedules available - both are 11:00 AM - 930PM (10hr/days)
- Mon, Tues, Wed, & Thur
- Mon, Tues, Wed, & Fri
*Please Note: This role is not a clerical position—it requires hands-on work in an order fulfillment and logistics-intensive environment.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated packing and sorting systems
- Perform manual sorting and order verification using handheld scanners and computer systems
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow
- Complete necessary documentation and manifesting processes as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 years of warehouse or order fulfillment experience (preferably in a high-volume pharmacy setting)
- Active CPhT certification in Tennessee (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Comfortable in a physically demanding environment (on feet all day, repetitive tasks, fast-paced workflow)
- Experience in retail pharmacy is a plus
