Position: Pharmacy Technician
Location:Memphis, TN
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 13-weeks (Contract to Hire)
Shift: - Days 10:00 am - 7:00 pm; rotating weekends
Setting: Long Term Care
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
- Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
- Orders, receives and stores ining pharmacy supplies
- Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
Experience:
- Production tech to perform filling/dispensing, staging/prepping, blister/multi-dose packing and making E-kits.
- Need to have strong munication skills, have patience when talking with patients and have a strong knowledge of the drugs found in a retail setting
License:
- TN State Pharmacy license
-PTCB is highly preferred but not required
