Job Title: Customer Service/Collections Representative
Pay: $15.00 (Increases to $22 once hired on permanently!)
Monthly Training Classes with continuous opportunities to grow within the company
Location: Onsite role in Winterville, NC
Schedules:
- Shifts: Between 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Days Off: Two days off each week
- Weekends: Availability needed for up to 2 Saturdays a month and 1 Sunday per quarter
- Overtime: Mandatory overtime at the end of every month.
Example Schedule: (Will have two days off each week)
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (2 shifts) and 12:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.(2 shifts)
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Up to 2 Saturdays a month)
- Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (one Sunday shift per quarter)

Job Description: As a Customer Service Collections representative you will play a crucial role in managing delinquent automotive accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while following all standardized collection procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g. minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio and promises kept
- Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay
- Navigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately and professionally
- Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist the delinquent customer
- Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- REQUIRED 1 years of recent call center experience
- REQUIRED: Good Job Stability
- Professional communications skills, written and verbal; active listening skills for problem identification and solution.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and strong initiative to succeed
