CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following Contract to Hire position:
Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Location: College Station, TX
Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 7a-7pm
Job Description:
The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for assisting patients over the phone
- Scheduling/canceling patient appointments while ensuring patients are aware of COVID-19 precautions
- Scheduling patients for electronic video appointments
- Quote pricing for different Doctors
- Routing requests to doctor’s offices with questions from patients
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years call center experience
- Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities
- Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flu Shot required for this specific role
