CornerStone Staffing seeks an experienced Collections Representative to join our team in Whiteville, NC. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for overtime.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and decision-making skills to collect delinquent accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Prior experience in customer service or collections is required.
- Call center experience is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft applications and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect delinquent accounts promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients.
- Document all collection efforts accurately.
