Customer Service/Collections Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service/Collections Representative to join our team in Whiteville, NC.
This is a temporary to hire position with the opportunity for overtime pay.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
The representative will be responsible for collecting delinquent accounts in a timely and professional manner while following standardized procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting delinquent accounts promptly and professionally
- Negotiating payment arrangements with clients
- Documenting all collection efforts accurately
- Communicating regularly with collections supervisor
The selected candidate must be flexible to work Monday-Sunday, 7AM-9PM EST.
