Job Title: Fleet Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: Up to $52,000
Job Responsibilities:

Keep track of all vehicle details, including driver assignments, registrations, and titles

Manage toll payments to ensure compliance and avoid penalties

Be the main point of contact for vehicle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs

Track maintenance and repairs to ensure timely service

Monitor fleet-related expenses, assist with budget management, and generate reports

Maintain vehicle service contracts and oversee renewals
-
Utilize Samsara to monitor vehicles and generate reports
-
Handle auto incidents and insurance claims, ensuring timely communication and resolution
-
Keep auto insurance driver lists up to date

Stay informed on relevant regulations and industry standards
What You Need to Succeed:

Fleetio software experience is a must
-
Knowledge of vehicle registration, titling, or DOT processes is a plus

3 years of administrative experience with strong data management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office products

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Strong communication and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
