Job Title : Document Processor
Pay : $19 - $21 / hourly
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Job Purpose : The Document Processor is responsible for resolving issues on foreclosure documents, ensuring the foreclosure process can proceed smoothly.
Job Responsibilities :
Communicate clearly and professionally, handling both positive and negative situations.
Edit work for clarity, spelling, and grammar; interpret written information effectively.
Collaborate with the team, giving and receiving feedback to build morale and meet objectives.
Follow policies and procedures; complete tasks on time and support organizational goals.
Prioritize and manage work activities efficiently, planning for additional resources as needed.
Maintain accuracy and thoroughness; apply feedback to improve performance.
Adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands.
Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance, covering responsibilities when absent.
Stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Ideal Candidate :

Knowledge of mortgage documents and computer systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Typing speed of 50 wpm.
Previous experience in the mortgage industry, foreclosure, escrow, servicing, or direct foreclosure preferred .
On-boarding Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
