Must have a Bachelor's degree
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analysis, Business Administration, MIS, or related fields.
Experience with Agile is desired
Two to five years of Business Analyst experience.
Must be proficient in software design
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements.
Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions.
Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to identify trends and insights.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for system implementations and upgrades.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
