Job Title :   Loan Care Agent (LCA)

Summary :

The Loan Care Agent is responsible for assisting and educating customers on their auto loan refinance options while delivering excellent customer service.

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Pay :

17 - $18 per hour - Bonus Potential

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 10am to 7pm

Responsibilities :

Develop a thorough understanding of the auto finance industry and the loan refinance process.

Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, text, fax, and in person.

Serve as the subject matter expert by answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns.

Resolve customer complaints by following the appropriate escalation protocols.

Handle high call volumes, including both inbound and outbound calls.

Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the loan origination system (LOS).

Overcome objections and effectively promote loan options and related products.

Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance due to the high level of customer interaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

A Loan Care Agent must :

Be able to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Be proficient in computer applications, email communication, and data entry.

Demonstrate professionalism and strong business acumen when interacting with customers, colleagues, and external parties.

Have the ability to read, interpret, and relay policies, instructions, and manuals effectively.

Experience :

High school diploma required with 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Bachelor s degree preferred.

Salary : $17 - $18
