Job Title: Loan Care Agent (LCA)
Summary:
The Loan Care Agent is responsible for assisting and educating customers on their auto loan refinance options while delivering excellent customer service.
Location:
Fort Worth, TX
Pay:
$17 - $18 per hour - Bonus Potential
Schedule:
Monday-Friday – 10am to 7pm
Responsibilities:
· Develop a thorough understanding of the auto finance industry and the loan refinance process.
· Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
· Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, text, fax, and in person.
· Serve as the subject matter expert by answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
· Resolve customer complaints by following the appropriate escalation protocols.
· Handle high call volumes, including both inbound and outbound calls.
· Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the loan origination system (LOS).
· Overcome objections and effectively promote loan options and related products.
· Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance due to the high level of customer interaction.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
· High school diploma required with 1-2 years of call center
· Must have stable job history, NO recent gaps in employment
