Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Facilities Manager :
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize facility and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, 14000, 45000, and 51000 standards.
- Lead and develop a team of 150 employees, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and excellence.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams to meet operational goals and timelines.
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability programs to reduce costs and improve environmental compliance.
