Pay Range : $21-24 / Hr. DOE
Schedule : Monday-Friday (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM)
Key Responsibilities :
Data Entry
Review and process incoming sales inquiries in compliance with customer quality requirements.
Source and procure requested materials from the market.
Enter and manage data using aviation industry-specific ERP (Quantum).
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Input and update information accurately via customer portals.
Qualifications :
Strong customer service skills and professional email communication.
Ability to manage large volumes of RFQs efficiently.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to analyze processes for greater efficiency.
Experience in the aviation aftermarket field (preferred but not required).
High school diploma / GED required; college degree preferred.
Required Background :
High School Diploma / GED
2 years of RECENT experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
Aviation aftermarket experience is a plus.
Familiarity with data extraction, manipulation, and ERP systems like Quantum.
