Title: Vehicle Title Support Representative
Schedule:**On-site Role**- Fort Worth
Flexible between 8am -5pm | Monday - Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr BOE
Primary responsibility will include one or more of the following processes to support the Auto Financial Services portfolio:

Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and/or perfecting titles

Completing State-to-State title transfers and/or Lease to Retail title transfers

In addition, the person may be responsible for completing title corrections
-
Follow-up for title deficiencies and manage title vendor exceptions reports while providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions
Requirements/Skills

Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Previous titles experience preferred

Commercial vehicle experience preferred
