Job Summary
The Group Home Manager leads, directs, and supervises our support staff to ensure the health and safety of our residents. Home Managers are responsible for providing direction to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the implementation of the Individual Support Plan. Group Home Managers oversee scheduling, duty assignment, and basic functions of the Group Home as a whole while performing in an on-call function. We are looking for driven, dependable, and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in peoples lives. You will assist adults with developmental disabilities with daily life activities in both routine and dynamic environments.
