Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment:
- Filter out candidates.
- Set up interviews.
- Send out offer letters.
- Assist with recruiting events.
- Onboard new hires.
- Training and Development:
- Assist with corporate training.
- Follow up on course completion.
- Facilitate live training events.
- Safety:
- Conduct safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Administrative Support:
- Cover the front desk during lunches or absences.
- Manage HR-related paperwork and filing.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Help manage benefits documentation and compliance.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and support company events and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for team-building activities.
- HR Policy Implementation:
- Help communicate and enforce HR policies.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the employee handbook.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS) is a plus.
