Your Role and Impact
- Develop Next-Generation Solutions: Design, build, and optimize machine learning and generative AI models, with a focus on modular, reusable code and scalable deployment.
- Integrate AI Technologies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement LLM-based frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
- Enhance Operations: Analyze enterprise data to identify actionable insights and ensure model quality while supporting business goals.
- Drive Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements using AI/ML solutions.
- Streamline MLOps: Contribute to the development of automated workflows, pipelines, and scalable deployment frameworks to support AI/ML integration.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML/AI libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep experience with generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, version control) and cloud technologies like AWS and Databricks.
- Knowledge of API development (FastAPI, RESTful APIs).
- Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights to solve real-world problems.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Passion for testing, prototyping, and deploying innovative digital solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning
