We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AI model development, particularly in infrastructure document analysis and map interpretation, along with prior experience working on federal or DoD/Army-related projects. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our AI-driven platform, which powers infrastructure analysis and document management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Gen AI models for infrastructure document analysis, map interpretation, and image recognition tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly with third-party applications like Google Maps, Bluebeam, and others.
- Develop and enhance the Gen AI-powered search engine to improve document and image search efficiency for engineers and planners.
- Advance the platform’s computer vision capabilities, focusing on processing complex images, maps, and infrastructure-related documents.
- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy and scale AI solutions for government and defense use cases.
- Analyze model performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets requirements for usability, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and frameworks like OpenCV.
- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts, including text-to-image generation, transformers, and large language models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI models for document and image analysis.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying scalable AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience in integrating AI models with platforms like Google Maps and Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
