Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Digital Transformation to lead our organization’s digital innovation efforts. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives related to IoT (Internet of Things), IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), Industry 4.0, and Connected Factory. Your deep understanding of these domains, coupled with expertise in AI (Artificial Intelligence), will be instrumental in shaping the organization's future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligning with business objectives and market opportunities. Establish impact teams to drive world-class digital experiences and optimize the customer journey.
- Leadership: Collaborate across technology, operations, and engineering teams to champion new products, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Innovation: Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as IoT, Analytics, Generative AI, and AR/VR solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and strategy.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competition analysis to identify emerging technology challenges and opportunities, mapping findings to digital maturity models.
- Legacy Systems Modernization: Strategically phase out end-of-life hardware/software, integrating IoT, Analytics, and Generative AI to enhance efficiency.
- Build and Scale: Oversee large-scale Digital Transformation Programs, modernizing production facilities with Industry 4.0 technologies, Connected Factory, and AI-driven insights.
- Connected Factory: Implement smart manufacturing processes to enhance supply chain visibility, operational efficiency, and product quality.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of managerial experience, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or technology-driven industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI-driven digital transformation.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement a forward-thinking digital strategy.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to build cross-functional coalitions and influence stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes through digital initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead adoption efforts for new digital technologies and processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize insights from IoT sensors, digital twins, and analytics to enhance operations.

- Reports To: VP of AI and Advanced Analytics
- Direct Reports: 5-10 Team Members
- Scope: Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Travel: Domestic, up to 50%
