This position focuses on ensuring smooth remote technical support and oversight for roadside monitoring and enforcement systems across the U.S. and Canada. The Operations Analyst will manage data, track assets, perform quality assurance, and provide critical support for operational activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to ensure operational excellence.Coordinate with operations teams to verify remote equipment functionality and address downtime issues.Support inventory tracking, parts invoicing, and asset management.Assist in fulfilling legal and compliance requests for documentation.Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.Create and implement technology solutions for reporting and tracking.Work independently to manage tasks, including ticket administration and follow-ups.Participate in daily team meetings, stand-ups, and special projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, IT, statistics, or related field OR 3 years of relevant experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Knowledge of data analysis, reporting techniques, and data management technologies.Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Preferred certifications : Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum (Scrum Master or Product Owner).Bonus skills : Experience with scripting / programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).Key Traits for SuccessStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technology.Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and resolve issues.Why Join TTS?At CornerStone Technology Talent Services, we value integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
