If you have 3 years of payroll and benefits experience, APPLY TODAY!Job Title : HR ManagerDuration : Full-TimePay Rate : $66K-$74K BOEJob Duties : Oversee payroll, benefits, FMLA, and worker's compensation administration.Utilize Paycom for payroll and HR management; experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.Handle all HR functions with minimal focus on recruiting and employee development due to low turnover and long tenure of current staff.Manage employee files, perform data entry, and handle new hires and terminations.Execute additional HR-related tasks as needed.Job Requirements : 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in payroll, FMLA,and worker's compensation.Experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong data entry, filing, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.Must be able to commute daily to Euless, TX.For immediate consideration, you may send your resume to kriziah@cornerstonestaffing.com.
