Maintenance Technician Part-time

What will you be doing?
- Keep all building and equipment in good repair with a minimum of down time by providing day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance of the hotel under the direction of Engineering Management.
- Continually work towards and support the improvement of engineering services to both guests and associates while sharing day-to-day knowledge and skills.
- Maintain interior and exterior of building.
- Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures, including proper uniform attire, key control and OSHA standards and procedures.
- Perform any and all other related duties and special projects as requested.
What you will bring to the role?
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills to include the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to use and understand hand and power tools
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as Lockout Tag Out, MSDS, safety awareness information, maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
- Must be able to analyze problems, identify course of action and implement solutions.

Pay Estimate: $18 per hour
