Join our Omaha Service team (2nd Shift) as a Full time Service Advisor!

Evening Shift : Monday thru Friday 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 00 PM

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000

Highlights of being a Service Advisor at CIT :

The following skills are needed to perform the duties of a Service Advisor :

Assist customers with their service repair needs by reporting vehicle issues and recommending needed repairs

Ability to create estimates

Assigns repair orders (RO) to the trained technician who can complete the necessary repairs

Answers customer questions regarding their vehicle and handle any issues that arise in a timely manner

Ability to follow service department process and procedures

Qualifications :

Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills

Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace

Demonstrates time management skills to keep up in a fast pace environment

Previous service advisor or service technician experience (4-5 years) required!

CDK experience preferred but not required

Must pass a drug test, physical & background check
