At Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc. (CIT) we can take you from technician to Service Advisor. Join our Omaha Service team (2nd Shift) as a Full time Service Advisor!

Evening Shift : Monday thru Friday 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000

The following skills are needed to perform the duties of a Service Advisor :

  • Assist customers with their service repair needs by reporting vehicle issues and recommending needed repairs
  • Ability to create estimates
  • Assigns repair orders (RO) to the trained technician who can complete the necessary repairs
  • Answers customer questions regarding their vehicle and handle any issues that arise in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow service department process and procedures

    • Qualifications :

  • Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
  • Demonstrates time management skills to keep up in a fast pace environment
  • Previous service advisor or service technician experience (4-5 years) required!
  • CDK experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass a drug test, physical & background check
