Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the home health agency, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a competent workforce.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.
- Oversee financial management aspects of the agency, including budgeting and resource allocation.
