Position: Accounting Generalist
Office Status: Remote
Job Purpose: Perform a combination of Payables & Receivables related functions for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and approve initial invoicing for compliance with Lease terms and Insurance Company approvals.
Review and process urgent miscellaneous invoice requests.
Assist with daily payment requests to Landlords and Vendors.
Assist with the processing of Payment Request emails and the creating of FedEx Waybills
Assist with the sending of LTH Housing Invoices
Other duties as assigned.
