Corpay is currently looking to hire a Data Integration Specialist within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN and/or Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Production Support, and Engineering. This position is responsible for escalating issues that require urgent attention from production support and engineering, communicating to internal business stakeholders on the issue/outage, impact to the business, and progress towards resolution. In addition, this role provides critical reporting back to the business on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis on business impacting items (bugs, outages etc.), that empower the business to make improvements to key areas and promote long term health of the organization and enable the business to delight our customers. A strong level of technical knowledge, ability to engage all levels in an organization, and a keen ability to determine business impact and advocate for and on behalf of the business to drive resolutions. You will report directly to the hiring manager and regularly collaborate with other department/teams as needed

How We Work
As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.

- Must be an independent, self-starter capable of working through matrixed relationships in management
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple responsibilities
- Data Integration:
- Developing and customizing SQL code for ERP integrations and data extracts.
- Setting up and configuring the Comdata Export Sync Tool for ERP integrations.
- Establishing and managing ODBC connections to customer ERPs.
- Downloading and install the Comdata Export Sync Tool on customer systems.
- Configuring Expense Track settings and ensure proper data export configurations.
- Tenant Management:
- Creating and managing new tenant accounts in Expense Track.
- Retrieving and processing Salesforce cases for tenant creation.
- Setting up tenant email addresses and login credentials.
- Configuring system settings and ensure proper setup in both production and training environments.
- Training and Documentation:
- Conducting training sessions for customers on product integration and usage.
- Providing preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability and performance.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customer interactions.
- Technical Support:
- Providing advanced technical support and assistance to internal and external customers via phone, email, and remote methods.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data extracts, database connections, and system configurations.
- Documenting customer interactions, comments, and actions taken using Salesforce.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical support environment.
- Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- This role requires strong collaboration with project managers, IT departments, and accounts payable departments of our customers.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is essential.
- Familiarity with various ERP systems and their integration with expense management tools is a plus.
